Executive Perspective

During the past three years in Redknee’s Product Line Management (PLM) division, I have seen this company evolve to offer a strong and focused suite of solutions. Our recent successes can be exemplified with MTC-Vodafone selecting Redknee for prepaid data services to pave the way for new revenue streams, driving prepaid top-ups to 120% during the World Cup and winning the CATAAlliance award for outstanding product achievement.  Redknee products have experienced immense growth this year. PLM will reinforce Redknee's continued growth via the evolution of Redknee's leading product portfolio to address new access technologies and compelling new capabilities associated with subscriber-centric profile/policy management. 

In my new role as VP of Product Line Management I look forward to working with all our global customers as we focus our efforts in enabling operators to concurrently Monetize and Personalize subscriber value.  The innovative integration of Redknee’s Monetization and Personalization technologies creates an ‘unfair advantage’ for Redknee’s customers – and specifically enables operators  to establish themselves in the changing and dynamic supply chain by providing value added service to their subscribers and partners.

In the upcoming fiscal year, Redknee will continue to grow its market share in Converged Billing Systems for Emerging High Growth Markets while providing subscriber-centric rating and bandwidth control solutions as well as personalization capabilities for leading pre-IMS and IMS carriers.  In addition, Redknee solutions will facilitate the advent of new mobile media and content (e.g. Mobile TV) by supporting mobile advertising – while providing full support and management of subscriber privacy and preferences via Redknee’s mCommerce and Unified Profile Server products.

As Redknee continues to address an increasingly important aspect of an operator’s service delivery environment, operators are looking for Redknee to provide best-in-class solutions to meet both their end-to-end service and business requirements.  To support these requirements, Redknee will continue to identify and integrate best-of-breed technologies from select leading and innovative partners within Redknee’s solution portfolio.
