Redknee Announces Business Expansion in Toronto and Dublin
Growth to provide product development, operational deployment and support

Toronto, Canada (Dec. 4, 2000)--Redknee Inc., today announced expansion of its Corporate Headquarters office in Toronto, Canada, and the establishment of a new Sales and Global Technical Services and Support (GTAC) business office in Dublin, Ireland. Redknee’s business expansion demonstrates the company's continued solid performance and expansion efforts.

Redknee’s continued success in winning new business in North America and the European wireless market has resulted in a major business growth. Redknee’s facilities in Toronto will be increased to accommodate additional resources providing corporate management, business development, customer support and product development. This creates Redknee’s second facility in Canada.

In addition, Redknee is opening a new facility based in Dublin Ireland. This office will provide locally managed sales and product support to European network operators and other customers. The company is recruiting technical support personnel and engineers in order to address the needs of the expanding European 2G and 3G markets.
