Redknee Appoints Chief Financial Officer
David Charron Confirmed as Permanent CFO
TORONTO – July 31, 2009 – Redknee (TSX:RKN), a leading provider of business-critical billing and charging software and solutions for communications service providers, is pleased to announce that it has appointed its interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO), David Charron, to its permanent position. This appointment is effective immediately.
David Charron joined Redknee in July 2007 in his role as Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis. He was appointed interim CFO in February 2009, and his permanent appointment has the full support of the senior management team and Board of Directors.

David Charron is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), has a Bachelor of Engineering as well as a MBA degree. Prior to joining Redknee, David held senior finance positions with Nortel Networks Corporation and The Descartes Systems Group.
