Canadian Telecoms Market Facing Up to Fresh Data Gold Rush

TORONTO – June 15, 2009 – Redknee (TSX: RKN), a leading provider of business-critical software and solutions for communications service providers, is demonstrating its commitment to supporting innovation in Canadian telecommunications by presenting at this year’s Canadian Telecom Summit. The Summit reviews the state of Canada’s telecommunications industry and seeks ways to propel innovation. The Canadian Telecom Summit will be held in Toronto from June 15-17, 2009.

Presenting at the event, Redknee’s Chief Technology Officer, Bohdan Zabawskyj will participate in the panel ‘Mining for Data Gold’. He believes this panel is particularly relevant for communications service providers in Canada in light of the allocation of wireless spectrum licences changing the dynamics of the market and how communications service providers operate in it.
