Dealings Announcement

TORONTO – December 12, 2008 – Redknee Solutions, Inc. (TSX:RKN, AIM:RKN), a leading provider of mission-critical billing and charging software and solutions for communications service providers, today announced that on December 10, 2008, Alan Michels, a non-executive director of the Company, was granted options to purchase 20,000 Common Shares in the capital of the Company (“Common Shares”) in consideration of his appointment to the Board of the Company, at a strike price of C$0.23 and with expiry ten years from the date of the grant. After the grant, he holds 20,000 options to purchase Common Shares.

Additionally, the Company was informed on 11 December, 2008, that Kent Thexton, Non-Executive Director of Redknee, purchased on that date 400,000 Common Shares in the capital of the Company at a price of C$0.21 per Common Share. Following the share purchases, Kent Thexton holds 1,267,285 Common Shares, representing approximately 2.1% of the issued share capital of Redknee.

The issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement is 59,210,271 Common Shares.
