Award of Options

TORONTO – July 1, 2008 - Redknee Solutions Inc. ("Redknee" or the "Company") (AIM: RKN), a leading provider of mission-critical software and services for communications service providers, including end-to-end convergent billing, real-time charging and rating and personalization, announces that on June 30, 2008 the non-executive directors of the Company were each granted options to purchase 20,000 shares in the Company as part of their compensation for their service as a director of the Company for 2008, at a strike price of 40.5 pence and with expiry ten years from the date of grant. After the grant, those directors hold the following options:

John Phillips	216,874
Jim Pelot	70,000
Stephen Davies	20,000

 

The issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement is 59,235,646 Common Shares.
