Dealings Announcements and Directorate Change

TORONTO – Mar. 20, 2008 – Redknee Solutions Inc. (“Redknee”) (AIM: RKN), a leading provider of innovative infrastructure software that monetizes and personalizes services and content for mobile operators, today announced the following Dealings Announcements and Directorate Change.

The Company was informed on 19 March 2008 that Kent Thexton, Non-Executive
Chairman of Redknee, purchased 747,520 common shares in the capital of the Company (“Common Shares”) and that Steve Davies Non-Executive Director, purchased 158,730 Common Shares on that date, both at a price of 31.5p per common share. The 906,250 Common Shares acquired by Kent Thexton and Steve Davies were purchased from Duncan Ratcliffe, Non-Executive Director of Redknee.

Following the share purchases, Kent Thexton holds 867,285 Common Shares representing approximately 1.46% of the issued share capital of Redknee, Steve Davies holds 183,730 Common Shares representing 0.31% of the issued share capital of Redknee and Duncan Ratcliffe holds 7,668,371 common shares representing approximately 12.95% of the issued share capital of Redknee.

In addition to the share trade disclosed above, Duncan Ratcliffe has also informed the Company that he does not intend to stand for re-election at the Company’s next Annual general meeting which will be held in May 2008 in Toronto. Mr. Ratcliffe joined Redknee in March 1999 as a member of the Board and became chief executive officer in March 2000 and held this position until August 2004. Mr. Ratcliffe has remained on the Board providing his insight and guidance to the Company for which the executive team and the rest of the Board are very grateful.

The issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement is 59,235,646 Common Shares.
