Trading Statement

Toronto – October 3, 2007 - Redknee Solutions Inc.(“Redknee” or the “Company”) (AIM: RKN), a leading provider of innovative infrastructure software that monetizes and personalizes services and content for mobile operators, announces the following trading update for the 12 month period ended 30 September 2007.

Due to the delay in closing two customer contracts and a renegotiation of one other, coupled with the negative impact of the strong Canadian dollar against the US dollar, the Company's results will be below market expectations.

Canadian-based Redknee reports in Canadian dollars but generates a majority of its revenue from US dollar priced and denominated contracts.

Demand for Redknee’s products, in the emerging markets and with Tier 1 customers, continues to grow and is supported by an increase in the Company’s backlog of new orders year on year.  In addition, the Directors believe that investments made by the Company following the placing and admission to AIM in February 2007 will have a positive impact on Redknee’s operational performance in fiscal 2008 relative to fiscal 2007.

The Directors remain confident about the medium and long-term trading prospects for the Group and believe that global mobile spend will continue to drive growth opportunities.
