Redknee and CommVerge Sign Reseller Agreement

TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA and HONG KONG, SAR – April 11, 2007 – Redknee (AIM : RKN), a leading provider of innovative infrastructure software that monetizes and personalizes services and content for mobile operators, today announced a reseller partnership with CommVerge Solutions, the leading Asia-based telecommunications systems and solutions integrator.

The agreement will provide Asian carriers access to Redknee's solutions with experienced localized integration from CommVerge.

Under the terms of the reseller agreement, CommVerge will sell and support Redknee’s products with its Asia-based workforce.  Specifically, Redknee and CommVerge will focus on delivering advanced monetization and personalization solutions, including:

• A real-time converged rating solution for voice, data, messaging and content services supporting all traffic-types - including GPRS and WiFi/WiMAX - in various existing networks with extensions to IMS and FMC concepts
• A centralized policy management solution delivering combined Policy Decision and Charging Rules Functions to enable dynamic subscriber-based QoS and real-time network resource management
• A compliant centralized privacy, profile, and preference solution enabling subscriber-control and access to static and dynamic subscriber profile data required across applications for fine-grained service personalization
• Additional complementary products from Redknee’s Turnkey Converged Billing suite, such as converged prepaid/postpaid charging, billing and CRM/Customer Care; with Redknee enablers for Loyalty, Location Based Services, Enhanced Messaging, and m-Commerce
