Jim Diotte joins Redknee as Chief Human Resources Officer

Toronto, ON – August 29, 2005 - Redknee Inc., a leading global provider of communication software to wireless telecommunication network operators, today announced Jim Diotte will join the company as Chief Human Resources Officer. In this new role, Jim will be responsible for leading the human resource function for Redknee’s worldwide employees.

Jim has served as a human resources executive for various leading global corporations. Prior to joining Redknee, Jim led the Canadian human resources function for Dell Inc. and has held several executive positions with the Pepsi Bottling Group in both Canada and the United States. His functional experience includes: strategic human resource planning, performance management, compensation and benefits design, and talent acquisition.
