Redknee Appoints Gary Knee to Vice President of Research and Development

MISSISSAUGA, ON – May 2, 2005 – Redknee Inc., a leading global provider of communication software to wireless telecommunication network operators, today announced the appointment of Gary Knee as the Vice President of Research and Development. In his new role, Gary will be responsible for all design, development and quality assurance activities for all Redknee products globally. Gary will oversee our software excellence centers around the world.

Gary brings a broad range of valuable assets to Redknee. He has developed and introduced emerging technologies consistently to the marketplace for over twenty years. He started his career in product development at Nortel Networks and since then Gary has held progressively more responsible positions in a range of business units including Norstar, Wireless, Residential Broadband and Local Access. Most recently, Gary held technology leadership positions at Lantern Communications, SS8 Networks, and was the VP of engineering at Nimcat Networks.
