Companies announce Strategic Partnership

(July 16, 2003) --Vienna, Austria and Toronto, Ontario - Kapsch CarrierCom AG and Redknee Inc. today announced they have entered a partnership agreement to deliver value-added GSM and UMTS services to selected European markets. This agreement between the two firms follows extensive network trials and business analysis. Kapsch CarrierCom will distribute Redknee’s broad array of mobile systems and applications within Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
