TORONTO - Mar. 25, 2008 - Redknee Solutions Inc. ("Redknee") (AIM: RKN), a leading provider of innovative infrastructure software that monetizes and personalizes services and content for mobile operators, today announced the following Dealings Announcement.
The Company was informed on 20 March 2008 that John Phillips, Non-Executive Director of Redknee, purchased 400,000 Common Shares in the capital of the Company ("Common Shares") at a price of 31.5p per Common Share.
Following the share purchases, John Phillips holds 949,418 Common Shares representing approximately 1.60 % of the issued share capital of Redknee.
The issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement is 59,235,646 Common Shares.
