New GSM Operation Selects Redknee’s Turnkey Converged Billing Solution to Enable Growth and Streamline Operations Across Multiple Access Networks
Redknee Solutions Inc. (“Redknee” or the “Company”) (AIM: RKN), a leading provider of innovative software that monetizes and personalizes services and content for mobile operators, today announced that an African mobile operator has selected Redknee’s Turnkey Converged Billing solution for over 200 000 subscribers across their multiple networks. Growth of the license is anticipated at between 30% - 40% a year for the next 2 years.
Market-readiness was a key factor in Redknee’s successful tender given their ability to deploy a solution that can be integrated seamlessly with existing services, creating significant cost savings and an opportunity to launch advanced pricing packages for both new and existing services.
Accelerating time-to-market was a key factor for the operator in selecting Redknee to deploy a robust solution that can be integrated seamlessly with existing services. Redknee will provide the operator with its Turnkey Converged Billing solution that includes customer relationship management, loyalty, real-time rating and charging for mobile voice, data and value-added messaging and services. With this subscriber-centric solution, the operator will have the opportunity to reach a broader base of customers creating growth and strong differentiation in the competitive African market.
