Vanilla Plus recently sat down at TM Forum Americas in Orlando, Florida with Lucas Skoczkowski, CEO of Redknee and Laurie Tappel, Operations Manager at iwireless to discuss their recent billing transformation project and the trends they see in the market.

i-wireless is a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) that operates on the Sprint network and partners with Kroger.  Participating Kroger shoppers get free wireless minutes based on purchases they make at any Kroger store or their subsidiary.  This is the first retailer in the US to offer loyalty based incentives tied to wireless minutes.
