KENT THEXTON

Non-executive Chairman

Mr. Thexton joined the board of Redknee in 2004.  Mr. Thexton is also the executive chairman of Seven Networks, Inc. and prior to his experience with Redknee, he was the chief data and marketing officer for O2 Group plc and a member of the O2 Group plc board of directors. Mr Thexton holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Degree from the University of Western Ontario. Mr. Thexton is a member of Redknee's Audit Committee and Nomination Committee.

LUCAS SKOCZKOWSKI

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Skoczkowski joined the board of Redknee in 1999.  Mr. Skoczkowski received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for 2004 in the Information Technology sector for Ontario and most recently he was awarded the Top 40 Under 40 Award for Canada. Prior to Redknee, Mr. Skoczkowski worked at Nortel Networks Limited and Clearnet Communications Inc. in various areas of product management. Mr. Skoczkowski has a Bachelors of Science and Electrical Engineering Degree from the University of Waterloo.

COLLEY CLARKE

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Clarke joined the Board in 2007.  Prior to joining Redknee, Mr. Clarke served as the executive vice-president and chief financial officer of Descartes Systems Group Inc. and has served in similar capacities at BCE Media Inc., Canadian Satellite Communications Inc. and Hill & Knowlton Canada Ltd.  Mr. Clarke holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario and is also qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

JOHN H. PHILLIPS

Non-executive Director

Mr. Phillips joined the board of Redknee in 2002.  Prior to Redknee, Mr. Phillips worked at Clearnet Communications Inc. (now TELUS Mobility, the wireless business unit of TELUS Corporation) as part of the executive management team. Mr. Phillips served as chairman of the Canadian Wireless Telecommunications Association during 1998 and 1999 and continues to serve as a director of various other companies. Mr. Phillips has a law degree from the University of Toronto. Mr. Phillips is Chairman of the Redknee Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Redknee Audit Committee.

STEPHEN DAVIES

Non-executive Director

Mr. Davies joined the Board in 2007.  Mr. Davies has worked in the internet and telecoms industry for over 30 years.  Prior to joining Redknee, Mr. Davies served as a director of O2 Group plc.  Mr. Davies is currently chairman of Practice Networks Holdings plc and Billing Services Group plc. Mr. Davies is Chairman of the Redknee Nomination Committee and is a member of the Redknee Remuneration Committee.

JAMES PELOT

Non-executive Director

Mr. Pelot joined the board of Redknee in 2003.  Mr. Pelot is chief financial officer of TM Bioscience Corporation and has worked at Locus Dialogue Inc. and Nortel Networks Limited in various executive roles within sales, marketing and finance. Mr. Pelot holds a B.A. Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa and is also qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Mr. Pelot is Chairman of the Redknee Audit Committee. 

DUNCAN RATCLIFFE

Non-executive Director

Mr. Ratcliffe joined the board of Redknee in 1999. Mr. Ratcliffe was born and educated in England where he studied electrical engineering and obtained a Higher National Diploma in Electronic Engineering from Thames Valley University in the UK. Prior to Redknee, Mr. Ratcliffe was director of wireless business development and intelligent networking at Nortel. Mr. Ratcliffe is a member of Redknee's Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.
