This allows our customers to be notified and gain access to updates in real time, enhancing communication and allowing for quick resolution on any issues. Redknee’s Global Technical Assistance Centers (GTAC) interface with the different internal parts of the Redknee organization to streamline the communication for issue/problem resolution. GTAC also liaises with Redknee Product Managers to drive product improvement.
