LUCAS SKOCZKOWSKI

Chief Executive Officer

Lucas Skoczkowski is the CEO of Redknee, a communications software company created in 1999 providing products for services delivery to wireless network operators around the world. Lucas is responsible for strategic planning and execution during which Redknee has consistently met and exceeded its goals including financial performance, profitability, business and customer growth. Lucas has driven the development of Redknee's product portfolio, sales, and overall organizational performance.

Due to his exceptional leadership Lucas has been honored with the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the Information Technology sector for Ontario, and most recently he was awarded the Top 40 Under 40 Award for Canada. Prior to Redknee, Lucas worked at Nortel Networks and Clearnet in various areas of Product Management.

Lucas serves on the Board of Directors for Redknee and has a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, where he was a Loran scholar.  

DAVID CHARRON

Chief Financial Officer

David Charron is the Chief Financial Officer of Redknee.  David is responsible for all financial matters of the company, including financial and management reporting, financial planning and analysis and investor relations.  Prior to joining Redknee in July, 2007 as VP, Financial Planning & Analysis, David held senior finance positions with Nortel Networks Corporation and The Descartes Systems Group.

BOHDAN ZABAWSKYJ

Chief Technology Officer

Bohdan Zabawskyj is the CTO of Redknee.  Bohdan is responsible for driving Redknee's strategic efforts with particular attention to directing the evolution of the Redknee application development framework to meet the requirements of next-generation mobile networks.

Prior to Redknee, Bohdan worked at Telus Mobility (Clearnet), Bell Mobility and Bell Canada as Director for Research and Development.

Bohdan has a B.A.Sc. (Honours) degree from the University of Toronto, a M.Eng degree from McGill University, and an MBA (IT option) degree from Athabasca University.

JIM DIOTTE

Chief Human Resources Officer

Jim Diotte is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Redknee.  Jim brings to Redknee extensive experience in human resource planning, performance management, compensation and benefits design and talent acquisition. Jim is responsible for leading the human resource function for Redknee's worldwide employees.

Prior to Redknee, Jim led the Canadian human resources function for Dell Inc. and held several executive positions with the Pepsi Bottling Group in both Canada and the United States.

Jim has a BA in Labour Studies from McMaster University.

VISHAL KOTHARI

Vice President of Worldwide Sales

Vishal Kothari is the Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Redknee. Vishal is responsible for directing Redknee's global sales efforts, including strategic sales development. He has sales responsibility for all three major geographic theaters (Americas, APAC and EMEA), with overall responsibility for strengthening our customer engagement and order realization processes.

Prior to Redknee, Vishal worked at Nortel in various positions including engineering and at Microsoft in the WinCE group within product management.

Vishal has a B.A. Sc degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a M.Eng from the University of Toronto. 

GARY KNEE

Vice President of Research & Development

Gary Knee is the Vice President of Research & Development at Redknee.  Gary brings extensive product development experience and leadership to the team and is responsible for all design, development and quality assurance activities for all Redknee products globally. Gary oversees Redknee's software excellence centers around the world.

Prior to Redknee, Gary held technology leadership positions at Lantern Communications, SS8 Networks, Nortel Networks and was the VP of Engineering at Nimcat Networks.

Gary has an MBA degree from the University of Ottawa and a Diploma in Electronic Engineering Technology from Memorial University (The Marine Institute).  

MARK YAPHE

Vice President of Product Management & Marketing (PMM)

Mark Yaphe is the Vice President of Product Management and Marketing at Redknee. Mark is responsible for strategy development, driving profitable growth of Redknee’s product portfolio, and marketing communications.

Mark brings 18 years of experience in telecommunications, including previous marketing leadership positions at Lucent Technologies and ATT Canada.

Prior to Redknee, Mark worked at IP Unity Glenayre where he held the roles of Vice President, Product Marketing & Planning and Vice President, Product Management.

Mark has a B.A. Sc degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

MICHAEL BRYCE

Vice President Global Operations

Michael Bryce is the Vice President of Global Operations at Redknee. Michael leads a diverse and experienced team of program management and technical professionals who are charged with delivering customer value through timely and efficient implementation and support services. Michael oversees Redknee's product operations including Global TAC, Solution Delivery Management and Professional Services.

Michael brings over a decade of experience in carrier network operations and delivery of OSS/BSS solutions to the telecom industry. He has a proven track record of combining customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Prior to Redknee, Michael held several leadership positions including Senior Vice President of Global Services at Syndesis Ltd. and General Manager, Network Operations for Bell Nexxia.

Michael has a B.A. Sc degree in Engineering from the University of Toronto.
