Terry Nickerson

Mr. Nickerson joined Redknee's Board in October 2010. Prior to joining Redknee's Board, Mr. Nickerson held several senior financial positions at ATI Technologies, Inc., Northern Telecom Ltd., IBM Canada and the Molson Companies. Mr. Nickerson is currently a director of Miranda Technologies Inc. Mr. Nickerson holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Queens University and an M.B.A. from Harvard University. Mr. Nickerson is Chairman of Redknee's Audit Committee.
