Mr. Davies joined the Board in January 2007. Mr. Davies has worked in the internet and telecoms industry for over 30 years. Prior to joining Redknee's Board, Mr. Davies served as a director of O2 Group, plc. Mr. Davies is currently Chairman of The Practice, Plc, a UK primary healthcare company, Mr. Davies is Chairman of the Nomination and Governance Committee and is a member of Redknee's Compensation Committee.
